I purchased as trying to help post menopausal sleep issues.
The packaging and delivery were too, the packaging especially as it smelt lovely.
I like the spray, it’s light and easily absorbed, doesn’t leave you feeling sticky.
As to the affect on my insomnia, I’d say it’s maybe a little better, but I’ve only been using it about a week. I’m still waking up, but perhaps falling back to sleep again a little easier. I shall
