The magnesium oil definitely eases pain in my knee and really helps with the muscles I tore with a severe cough I had. This oil is not greasy it’s dried very quickly so doesn’t damage your clothes or bed linen. I also have the sleep spray to spray on my pillow to go to sleep and it seems to help. I am also happy that if you buy the travel size magnesium oil you can easily refill it when it runs out which is wonderful. I’m going to but the balm next and the room spray scent, just such a lovely smell 💕💕
