I bought the duo Magnesium spray for my Mum & I as we both struggle with sleep. Since the first night my sleep has improved. I did start to put it behind my elbows & knees but I find it irritates my skin, unsure if this is because I also take a magnesium supplement or I just have sensitive skin so I now spray it on my forearms & thighs. After an hour of going to bed I can feel myself drifting & I am actually sleeping more soundly & not waking so much. It's fab & will be buying again.
