I’ve only just recently started using Harrogate Organics Magnesium spray on my shoulders and arms. I am having trouble with sore joints and muscles due to peri menopause symptoms.
I’ve noticed benefits with my sleep also. Definitely better quality of sleep as well as easing my muscular pain. I will continue to use the spray a couple of times a day. It’s definitely improved my day to day life so far. I would highly recommend giving the magnesium spray a try when going through menopause to ease symptoms of sleep loss and pain.
