I've used this magnesium oil spray every night since I got it and have to say I've had the most restful sleeps since I can remember........ I spray a little on my feet and lower part of legs inner elbows and the back of my neck rub in gently and that's it ..... it does the trick it's also helped with my night leg cramps as well as given me a great night's sleep will definitely buy again
