When I purchased the Magnesium Spray it was more out of hope than expectation that it would do anything to alleviate my restless legs - but it has been an absolute game changer! I tend to have restless legs at night when I'm trying to get to sleep and it has been very distressing to be kept awake for hours at a time. I now use the spray every night before bed and, whilst I might occasionally experience very mild symptoms, overall the difference has been incredible. I never would have believed it, but I'm an absolute convert now!
