I was extremely dubious about buying the Magnesium oil for my restless legs , there are so many different things advertised now from so many places but honestly it was the best thing I ever did I buy it regularly now I don’t know how but it DEFINITELY works. I use it every night before going to bed and sleep all night , can’t recommend it enough.
