I recently (3 months ago) started using the Magnesium Repair Spray - I suffer a lot from joint pain and in particular muscle spasms at night in my legs - having used this on a regular basis - massaging into the legs on an evening before bed - I can honestly say that these spasms have reduced massively - and i manage to get an undisturbed nights's sleep - I have reordered on two occasions as my partner has started to use it with positive results and I have now purchased a bottle for a friend...
