I'm new to using this brand and bought because of customer reviews. I have the magnesium spray and Natural Calm tablets. I use the spray at night for sleep and seems to be helping despite a demanding cat who often disturbs my sleep! I also use it for aches and pains and it seems to be effective. i like that it’s non greasy and absorbs into my skin really well.
