The Magnesium spray is used every night by myself and my husband. We find it helps our achy joints and taus our sleep . I recommended it to my daughter in law who has an auto immune disease and she also uses it nightly, and for her son who occasionally has leg cramps . I recently also recommended it to a friend with restless legs who has since ordered the magnesium spray after sampling ours .
