I bought my husband a couple of these tins of Magnesium spray after reading a lot of good reviews.
He has never slept well or long enough for over 33 years. It has helped with him aches and pains . It has the effect of also relaxing him and he has slept better than ever before.
He is know on his second set of double tins and i think I will keep replacing them as they are helping him so much. He is nearly 81 .
