thank you for your mail asking for feedback - I am about 10 days into using the magnesium oil spray in an attempt to imrove my sleep which is extremely poor (2-3 hours/night) and I am sorry to say that I have not noticed any clear benefit so far, but I will persevere as I saw from other review that it sometime takes longer to work for some people
