In short, I found this spray to be wholly beneficial for me !
It helped calm my hot feet which makes me restless, also I added a liberal amount to my knee as this has been giving me a hard time !
Slept so well ) I can’t even imagine being without it now.
I have just received my second spray and the balm so will be trying that as well.
