Thought I’d try the magnesium spray from Harrogate organics as I have fibromyalgia with bad spasms in my back and a migraine sufferer, since using this spray the spasms have mostly disappeared, I just spray on the area bothering me, but every night on my inner elbow and back of my knees, migraine I just spray on my fingers and massage into my temple, delivery is really quick, packaged well and smells bliss
