I want to recommend the magnesium spray. I bought it originally for my husband who get’s terrible restless legs at night. He sprays it on his lower legs and rubs it in. Voila ! No disturbed sleep.
I have started to get painful knees and lower leg pain from osteoarthritis and I’ve sprayed my legs in the same way at bedtime. I’ve been blessed as well with pain free and undisturbed sleep.
I’ve also now given it to a friend as a present.
I would highly recommend it.
