Beautifully packaged with lovely personal scented card which shows the company cares. Have used for couple of weeks and have noticed a difference with my sleep. I never slept more than 1.5 or 2 hours at a time but now getting 3 or 4. I started spraying on soles of feet and back of knees but had terrible dreams. I just spray on outside of arms as was told you need hairs to absorb ( not sure how true) and it seems to work.
