The package I received from Harrogate organics was really beautiful and thoughtfully fragranced with Lavender. Unfortunately I am unsure about the supplements for sleeping and calming the nervous system. After a week of using them I have not been sleeping well and I became more anxious. I have gone back to the normal product I use. It may well be coincidence but I am disappointed.
