Wow,wow,wow. Haven’t had a full nights sleep for years restless legs certainly haven’t helped.
After trying several different types of “sleep med/ideas” nothing has helped.
After talking to a friend who recommended magnesium spray, thought it was worth a last try.
My, oh my I slept the whole night through it’s changed my life.
If I’m any doubt I would recommend giving it a go.
