Bloody love the magnesium rub. I suffer with restless legs, so badly that it would keep me awake. I was eventually given Parkinsons drugs to help control it.
My wife saw the advert for the rub, we got some and I havent touched the Parkinsons drugs since. I sleep better, its amazing! My wife uaes it too, especially for her tummy during her periods as it helps with cramps. So, if you have any muscular problems id 100% say try it.
