Bought Magnesium spray. Sleep has been tough since menopause kicked in. Aching, restless legs, and pretty much most other parts. I was cynical, tried most things with zero impact. I think this is working for me. I can't quite believe it tbh. Want to try it for longer (2wks in) before I am sure, but early signs are good.
