Since using the Magnesium spray my sleep has become so much better ! ... On the nights when I forget to use it I genuinely can't sleep and end up having to spray at 2.00am to finally nod off.
I am on bottle number 3 now, it really is a lifesaver, have also purchased the 100ml travel bottle so I can sleep on holiday !
