I tried the magnesium spray as directed and on night one i didn’t sleep well and to be honest I thought this isn’t going to work. I persevered and the next night i also sprayed the soles of my feet and guess what?? I put my head down and woke 7.5 five hours later after a restful sleep, I’ve done the same every night since and I’ve had a full nights sleep. It’s excellent ❤️
