I have not been sleeping well for over a year. Waking up at 2 or 3 and not getting back to sleep. Since using this spray, i have been sleeping through mostly. If I'm woken up, i can get back to sleep and its a good ‘quality’ deep sleep. I actually feel refreshed in the mornings. I have told all my friends, recommended to everyone! Thank you
