Order arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. The smell is amazing and very strong from the Reed diffuser. On my original order I had requested natural, rather than black reeds but they came with black. I contacted Valentte who explained they no longer do natural so that was OK.
My only other disappointment was that I had to open the boxes to see which had which diffuser in as I ordered different 'flavours'. If the outside of the box could be marked somehow, that would be most helpful.
