A week ago I received my order of Magnesium spray. I bought one for me & one for my brother.
Not yet sure how my sibling is getting on with it but it seems to be working for me. No night sweats since starting it, no leg cramps, very reduced foot pain & sleeping a bit better. No messy sheets either as it is not an oil.
