I don't know how this works and was very sceptical about how this could possibly effect sleep by applying it to the skin but WOW....it's like magic...since menopause I suffered from restless legs and poor sleep but since using the magnesium spray I get a good night's sleep and it stops the weird under skin sensation in my thighs.... It is a staple in my bathroom cupboard now!!
