Love the magnesium spray. Really does help getting to sleep. Sore joints knees toes elbows neck. I spray the joints on alternating nights as not too use too much and overdose on magnesium!!
The only thing I don’t like are too many emails about other products that I’m not interested in but can’t seem to update my preferences
