Have painful shoulders from arthritis and I work stood on my feet all day so end up with painful feet at the end of the day also from arthritis. I suffer terrible cramp in my thighs after having both hips replaced in 2013. I bought Harrogate organics spray as I was willing to try anything to help get a better nights sleep. Also changed my mattress I was that desperate. Very happy with the spray 2 weeks in. My sleep is still irregular but no cramps and shoulders are much less painful. Will continue to use.
