I suffer from fibromyalgia. I thought I’d try the magnesium spray as I’d tried everything else along with my pain meds. I spray it on anywhere that hurts before bed. The restless legs have stopped. The shooting pains have eased and I can now sleep through the night. If it hurts spray it.
I was sceptical but I’m on my second bottle and have recommended to others. Thank you so much X
