The delivery time was slow by today's Amazon inspired standards but acceptable. The product is ok. My main issue is with the flowery language employed for what is a remote business transaction. Enclosing a card which tells me you love me is bizzarre and slightly unsettling. You don't know me! I just spent 10 quid with you. Hardly an amount likely to cause this sort of reaction. It doesn't sound personal, it just sounds weird.
