Saw the ad for this product on Instagram and thought I would try it. Yorkshire, smalll company and organic ticked a lot of my boxes. Have used the Magnesium spray for approximately two weeks and have noticed a better sleep pattern. My legs are not so restless and I got back to sleep quickly if I have to get up during the night.
