Since starting to use the magnesium spray earlier this year my sleep has been totally transformed. From not being able to get to sleep, waking up dozens of times a night and often not being able to get to sleep again, I now drop off almost instantly! Although I still wake a few times (an age related issue!) I go back to sleep immediately. I can't recommend this spray more highly. Amazing product!
