Sadly for myself I had great hopes of a more restful sleep.
I read the reviews. I was excited to try after great reviews.
Maybe it’s just me but I had total insomnia and eventually after falling asleep it was restless and I had nightmares.
I didn’t give in, but sadly it has an adverse affect for me.
Happy for those of you whom it actually works well.
