I bought the magnesium spray to help with my very poor sleep. I have used it just as directed for over a month. It has a pleasant smell and not sticky to apply as it is water based.
Unfortunately it did not help my sleep at all BUT in using it (and it was not bought for this reason),by chance, it has helped my arthritis hugely.
After rereading the reviews I see I'm not the only one.
So, I am this impressed I have now purchased two more bottles of spray.... and have been able to cut back on my arthritis medication!
