I first bought your products a number of years ago for my Mum for her restless legs. Now I'm menopausal and having issues sleeping I bought a different magnesium spray which was cheaper but greasy and left a nast tasting residue on my hands. I've switched to your product which I put on before bed with no greasy feeling and no need to wash my hands after using. Sleep is still a bit hit and miss but I think it's working!
