Due to a delivery issue outside of their control, my order did not initially turn up as expected. But I have to praise Harrogate Organics Customer Service department who were incredibly speedy in responding to my email, and chasing up to discover what had gone wrong. They had a new order shipped out to me immediately, and were incredibly friendly and apologetic (even though the issue was not with themselves). The product itself was beautifully packed and smells lovely, and I have only just started using it so really hard to give a product review specifically just yet - but I am enjoying using it.
