I thought I had already done a review but can't say enough how wonderful the magnesium spray is. I wake up fully refreshed and rested. Sleep comes so easily, and even if I wake up through the night I easily drop off again. If not, I do another quick spray. I would also like to praise the rescue balm which is very soothing. I also love the soap which has a lovely lather and softens the skin. Overall I am such a fan of everything I use. Total life changer.
