I have been using the Magnesium spray on my legs for quite a while now.I get a lot of cramp mostly at night and I find it works for me and I no longer have restless legs which used to disturb my sleep. I would recommend it to anyone that suffers from night cramp etc .The ordering is easy and service and delivery is very quick. Made in Britain is good to see instead of foreign goods.
