First time of buying the spray as originally on magnesium tablets but they upset
My stomach so changed to this I felt
Really calm on the tablets and so far it’s ok my
Anxiety still seems to be under control however I can’t use it at night time as I get a terrible nights sleep so I use it on a morning which works for me so I will continue to use
