I’m usually quite sceptical about supplements but the reviews seemed too good to ignore.
The difference I experienced the first night of using it really surprised me and I haven’t skipped a night since.
It does send me into such a deep sleep that my dreams have been quite wild but I’d prefer that to not sleeping at all! And I’ve read that that does settle down over time.
I’ve since subscribed because I’m scared to run out and I’ve bought a bottle for my mother in law who also struggles to sleep through.
