My husband and I are benefiting from using the magnesium spray. It's obviously not a miracle worker but certainly has many benefits. Definitely helps with sleep issues. Also I've noticed that my Fibromyalgia pain is less severe. We like it so much that we have bought it many times as gifts for family and friends to try.
