I was very sceptical about the benefits of the magnesium spray for restless legs, but thought I’d give it a try…. Wow, it actually works!! I can’t imagine going to bed without using it. No smell or stickiness. I’m sleeping so well now. I’ve tried other magnesium products in tablet form, which don’t work for me anymore. Highly recommend you give the spray a go.
