Magnesium spray is brilliant..wouldn’t want to be without it now. I have found the ideal amount for me is 2/3 sprays on inside of my arms, and I get a good nights sleep. I still wake up a couple of times, but instead of the laying there for an hour or so, I just get straight back to sleep again.
