I love the product which is why I am on my third delivery. It really works,which is more than can be said for the carrier paid to deliver it. Three consecutive deliveries misdelivered. Thank goodness for a responsive and considerate team at Harrogate who made sure I got a quick replacement. I hope the folks who actually got it are enjoying the use of it and put in an order.
