I cannot recommend Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray enough. I was a bit on the fence before purchasing, but having restless sleep for some time whilst going through the menopause, I was willing to give it a try and am I glad I did ! Literally from the first night of trying it, my sleep has improved hugely. It smells lovely, isn't greasy so absorbs nice and quickly. This is definitely going to be a regular purchase and I have already suggested it to friends and family.
