I have bad fibromyalgia flare ups and osteoarthritis. I find using the Magnesium Spray at night on the very painful areas of my body plus behind my knees and in the crook of my elbows really helps me sleep. I also have neuropathy in my feet so I spray magnesium on the soles and on my toes which has helped them. They feel a lot better.
