The format for ordering photos is confusing. It used to be so easy. I've had trouble paying for the photos ordered online the last 2 times. I choose to pay by card but was also confusing. The pick up and or delivery page is ridiculous. Have to fill in address twice for some reason. Tried ordering photos online yesterday and website couldn't accept my card details. The same card details Ive always used. Entered my details 4 times yesterday and every time it said incorrect details! So frustrating as I had spent so much time editing. As I have been unable to get any satisfaction lately using Harvey Norman Photo Centre, I will no longer be placing any further orders. It's a pity as I used to have no problems doing online orders.
