“Am pleased with the quality of the photobooks but disappointed that the program does not have all the features it used to have years ago. There is less flexibility and I miss the ability to frame and overlay the photos.”

“Disappointed that I couldn't have my order delivered to my local store once I had finished creating my order (wrote and asked why I couldn't select it only to get a response saying I can at the moment - no real explanation or apology). This meant there was no benefit ordering from you over other local businesses. Only proceeded with the order because I couldn't be bothered starting over with customisation on another site.”

“Harvey Norman's PhotoCentre is my 'go to' for all my Photo printing needs. The in-store staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpfull. For larger images, I use the online ordering system and find it use friendly and easy to use. For both in-store and online orders, I was kept informed reguarly as to the progress of my order. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality Photo printing service”

“The photos are awful (dark) and we’re not like this on the screen in the order. This also happened last time so I had them reprinted elsewhere and they were fine. Also if I put in an order to pick up, why split it? I drove all the way to get the order and found it was only half the order done. So now I will have to go back again.”

“The process for uploading photos to print is very easy and quick. I like I can opt to pick up at our local store and not have to worry about postage fees. I also enjoy paying by Paypal as this is easy and very convienant for me . The store lets me know when they are ready to pick up and again very easy and quick process.”

“Harvey Norman Photo Centre is the one I always use. However, I miss the option of using borders and embellishments. I used to use my own photos as backgrounds with my pictures placed on that - no longer possible! I enjoy being able to place pictures on dates in the calendars - good for birthdays.”
