“Great Books .But i wish they had a spell check as it is so small on computer it is so easy to make a mistake as i made a few... I wish they still had the embellishments they were great..”

“Constant errors. Heads cut off photos. Lost orders. Staff not trained. Manager not helpful with photos. Still have photos outstanding but told to resubmit for a third time but I have already paid for them. Kept blaming me for poor editing but I would never edit a photo to cut heads off?!”

“Disappointing I have been creating photobooks for many years. The book I recently created will be the last I do using Harvey Norman. Over the years features have been removed. I had a problem with altering added text. It was extremely disappointing.”

“Centre is difficult to use and can’t make many adjustments. Photos come out terribly dark from digital camera and my iPhone. Don’t recommend unfortunately Nothing against staff at all”

“Your changed programme is nowhere as user friendly or interesting as the earlier version. There are no additional embelishments to enhance the books. Much more complicated than when I first started making albums many years ago.”

“The website is easy to use and ordering easy EXCEPT there is clearly a number of photos ordered limit which is not flagged prior to final submission stage; the entire processed order will crash, requiring you start again. An improvewmnt required is to flag a limit at the outset so that tiime is not wasted processing (cropping etc.) to then be lost.”

“The quality is great, and the online ordering is simple and well priced. But! My photos, I found out by ringing a month later, 5'x7' had been processed straight away by the local Harvey Norman but they do not ring for pick up. So my photos had been sitting there instore for a month and if I hadn't tracked down the paid for order, I would not of known.”

“I have used Harvey Norman for photos since we moved here in 2011. I created photo books mainly, great as gifts, but also wonderful reminders. I’ve also ordered cards, magnets, canvases and more over the years, so easy and quick. I always pick up my projects from the store.”

“We are thrilled with the quality of the photo book we designed and collected recently. It was well worthwhile purchasing extra pages to ensure we have a thick book full of memories. Website is easy to use at home, photo book was produced in a few days and the staff member who rang to say it was ready was lovely. We will definitely be making more photo books in the future. Thank you!”
