Harvey Norman Photo Centre is the one I always use. However, I miss the option of using borders and embellishments. I used to use my own photos as backgrounds with my pictures placed on that - no longer possible! I enjoy being able to place pictures on dates in the calendars - good for birthdays.

've never had any issues with getting anything printed in store at my local Perth store (Armadale in particular). But any time I have something that has to be printed over east, I've always come back with issues. I placed a very large order of photos a couple years back, that I assumed was being printed locally. But because of the amount of photos, they sent it to the main warehouse over east. I had to have the entire lot reprinted because the colour quality was SO POOR and wasn't something I could then share with my clients.

I ordered photo calendars which I have done every year for several years. When I ordered, I selected the "pick up" option at my local store, however, my store was not listed as it usually is. I rang the store (Cannonvale), and was told that the instore photo printing machines were broken and waiting to be fixed, hence the store was temporarily removed from the list of pick up locations. Being a calendar order, I knew that my products were to be printed elsewhere and shipped to my store. I suggest that if this occurs, the ordering system distinguish between "in store" printing, and printing that is done elsewhere. Fortunately in this case I was able to arrange to pick up my orders at my holiday destination.

Up until now products have been excellent but the last few orders have had issues from not being fitted squarely on the backing and cards with perforation in the wrong place. However Harvey Norman has been excellent in ordering reprints of my orders at no extra cost.

Good price for personalised calendar if you create them during the special offer period. Prompt printing and easy in store pick up.

I love that I can sit at home and order my photos and then get a message when they are ready to pick up.

Product was great but had to travel further than the closest store for pick up.

Very easy site to use & I exclusively use HN for all my photos. I’m a scrapbooker & use the site a lot. Recently I’ve been disappointed with the quality & colour of my prints.

I recently used Harvey Norman’s photo centre through my iPhone to create a photo book, standard photos, stubby holder and an enlargement. The book was absolutely awesome! The quality is great. Designing it was quite time consuming and not very easy to edit changes on my phone, but would still definitely use again. It was posted to my local store for me to collect from.the standard prints were great also. The stubby holder and enlargement was ordered a few days later, however are not to the same standard. It was posted to the next town (as my local store was no longer listed as a photo centre) so I had to drive 20mins just to collect them only to find the enlargement had been rolled up to post to this store, which has been a nuisance to get flat again. The stubby holder is mostly white with just a small image on it. Not how I remember it looking on the template. I would be happy to design another stubby holder as they are quite affordable, however I can’t warrant the fuel to drive 40 minute round trip to collect. I’m not sure why they couldn’t be posted directly to me rather than posting to a store that’s 20 mins away from my?

Online software isn't the greatest but good to be able to spend time creating while at home.

The quality of the goods recieved were great but the lack of being able to have the 2 items cohesively picked up leaves your record keeping & customer services skills in question, as well as a selection of photos I ordered a canvas at the same time, when I recieved the email to say they were ready for collection I asked my son to pick up for me as I was unwell, he was given the photos only & so I had to return the next day to collect the canvas... if the photos were labled , say "item one of a two part order " and the canvas labled say "item two of a two part order" , then anyone working the Sales/collection desk" would be awear of the need to check for other parts of a package...... you might even make it stand out with a red dot, or orange tag, the possibilities are endless !!! However when i mentioned this to the young girl serving she said I wrote on the second package that photos were included.... so she was half way to figuring out how this could work..... how simple would it be to put a little indicator on BOTH items.... maybe a little gold star.... I'm sure you have managers who would be paid enough to figure this out & even perhaps train the staff in this innovative way of reduciing the time customers have to drive back & forth to your shop face

The product and time to print it were excellent! The only problem I had was I couldn’t get it sent to the Taylors Lakes Store and had to pay for postage. Thanks. Mary

Find it “reasonably” easy to use having printed about 15 books over the years. Happy with the quality’, however, the program they used a few years ago was much better, with more layout options. I was often told they were going to update the program, but they haven’t done so in after all these years, hence they are pretty basic layout at the moment, but still get a Pass from me.
